Blow to Pak PM Gilani
February 10, 2012
New Delhi, February 10 (ANI): In a major blow to Pakistani Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani, the Pakistan Supreme Court today rejected his appeal against its order summoning him for framing of contempt charges. The Court summoned the Gilani to appear next Monday to face indictment over the government's two-year refusal to ask Swiss authorities to re-open graft cases against President Asif Ali Zardari. The SC's order included references of controversial NRO case history and government's failure to implement court's orders.
