Raima Sen belongs to the third generation of movies ; she is daughter of Moon Moon Sen, granddaughter of Suchitra Sen and sister of Riya Sen. Raima Sen is one who has not only proved to be a good artist but justified to the audience as a granddaughter of the yesteryears' actress Suchitra Sen, who stormed the box office with her Hindi and Bangla movies.

Raima Sen has shown her talent in her films like 'Godmother', 'Daman', 'Chokhar Wali', and 'Parineeta'. Raima has also proved to be a humorist by playing a the role of a newly married couple in Reema Kagti's recently released 'Honeymoon Travels Pvt. Ltd.' We talked to her after the release of her latest 'Honeymoon Travels Pvt Ltd.'

    Excerpts of her interview:

Which role did you play out of six couples in 'HTPL'?

I was playing the role of a girl whose name is Mini and she is a Bengali bride. I felt familiar with my role as I am also a Bengali girl.

    What's special in 'HTPL'?

Yes, you can also see me fighting and boxing on the screen in this movie.

How has been your experience of working with KK Menon?

KK is a good actor. He was also playing a Bengali's role. You can see him dancing on "Saiyanji Wari Wari". He doesn't know how to dance. We all were imitating him while he was dancing.

How is the role of other couples?

As far as I think that the director has nicely cast the roles of others. Ameesha plays such a character that she always wears pink attire and likes feminine dress as any girl will like. Shabana and Boman Irani are playing the roles of an old couple. On the other hand, Abhay Deol and Minisha Lamba make a nice Parsi couple. This won't be wrong to say that every character plays the most suitable role for him or her.

Does this film have only two actors in the lead role?

Ney, there is nothing as such. Every cast has been given a chance. No cast can point a finger on the director for any injustice in giving the role.

    Can you define 'Honeymoon Travels'?

This film is different from others; this movie has been made for the entertainment of the audience. I am happy to be given a comic role in this film.

    What else?

This belongs to a new genre; a new trend where it not only portrays the scene of love and romance but also depicts their problems post their marriages. Besides, the movie brings out how these couples try to counter the problems faced by them.
