Industrial production to dip in third quarter

New Delhi, February 10 (ANI): Planning Commission Deputy chairman Montek Singh Ahluwalia on Friday said the industrial production is likely to reduce in the third quarter, i.e., between October-December. Index of Industrial Production (IIP) in India likely grew at a weaker annual rate of 3.4 percent in December, down from November’s 5.9 percent, on slowing infrastructure output and domestic demand.
