Lara Dutta and Dino Morea are the only two Bollywood celebrities who are interacting with Hollywood bigwigs. Dino also loves the sport and is a great basketball fan. Lara has made it to be present there despite her tight schedule. She has been busy attending NBA basketball games that are being played in Los Angeles. Lara is proud to have met with David Beckham and Jack Nicholson .She is currently shooting for 'Biloo Barber' with Shah Rukh Khan and Irrfan Khan and is also looking forward to David Dhawan's 'Do Not Disturb'.
The recent over 60-hour terror attacks in Mumbai left the entire Bollywood industry in shock with the shooting schedules being canceled. However, director Jahangir Surti resumed shooting for his film 'Aa Dekhe Zara' after three days. He adds that they were shooting at Ballard Pier on the day the terrorists attacked the city. Then, they shut down our shoot. Similarly, director Priyadarshan started shooting for his 'De Dana Dan'. In fact, Akshay Kumar led shooting for the film. The entire cast and crew observed one-minute silence for all those who died in this futile war. Katrina Kaif, Suniel Shetty and Sameera Reddy also joined the shoot. Director Boney Kapoor is however, holding up shoots. Similarly, director Leena Yadav has also stopped the shooting of Amitabh Bachchan - starrer 'Teen Patti'.
Salman Khan's 'Veer' meaning warrior is on as per its schedule. The movie will be over within few days, well within its 40-day schedule. Though Eros Pictures isn't funding any more as the movie has already overshot its budget coupled with its 'Drona' flopping at the box office, its director Anil Sharma and producer Vijay Galani claim that massive sets at Film City in Mumbai are a better bet than hunting for a location of their choice. The director had recently shot a song worth Rs 30 million for the film at Mehboob. More songs will be picturized soon. However, the most amazing thing is that its lead character is Salman khan but the heroine is yet to be finalized!
Tejaswini Kohlapure, who has once worked with Aishwarya Rai as a model, is back with her in their Aishwarya Rai-Abhishek Bachchan - starrer 'Ravan'. She is back to Bollywood after long following her marriage. She says just returned to Mumbai from Kerala after shooting in an insect-ridden jungle. You have to believe Tejaswini when she says that she blindly signed the movie because Mani was directing it. Tejaswini says that Mani is a perfectionist. Mani believes in things spontaneous. He makes his actors rehearse for few minutes and takes one to two shots only.
