Rahul acts in 'Elaan'

Rahul Khanna, son of actor-turned-politician Vinod Khanna and brother of actor Akshay Khanna, feels at ease in Bollywood. He is working in Vikram Bhatt's 'Elaan', which is an action-cum-adventure film, starring Arjun Rampal, John Abraham and Lara Dutta. Rahul expects this movie to release in November. Rahul does not rule out doing a film with two gay male protagonists. He said this in reference to the recently released movie 'Girlfriend', directed by Karan Razdan.

Tele Brands to produce 'Aryan'

Tele Brands, a widely circulated and a one hundred and fifty million dollar company engaged in telemarketing is entering in the film production in Mumbai. Its first movie will be titled 'Aryan' under the banner of Tele Brands Entertainment. The movie will be produced jointly with Kay Factor Entertainment. Sohail Khan, brother of Salman Khan, will play the lead character in the movie, which is being directed by actor-turned-director Abhishek Kapoor, popularly known as Gattu. He happens to be the nephew of yesteryears' actor Jitendra. Sohail Khan seems to be the fittest person for the main role in 'Aryan'. He has impressed Telly Brands' MD-cum-producer Hitesh Israni. He says the movie is the story of a young man's struggle to achieve his long cherished dreams. Interestingly, former cricket captain Kapil Dev has a role too in the movie. Anand Raaj Anand will give the music.

Real tribute to Guru Dutt

The sixth Festival of Asian Cinema will be held in New Delhi between July 16 and 25. There will be 90 films from 30 countries. The highlight of the festival will be three tribute sections in the memory of veteran actor-director Guru Dutt. His important movies like 'Baazi', 'Mr And Mrs 55', 'Pyaasa', 'Chaudhvin Ka Chand', 'Sahib Bibi Aur Ghulam' and 'Kagaz Ke Phool' will be screened in different halls of the city. Missing Guru Dutt means missing a lot of Indian poetry in films, mind it!

Nagma: Marriage is not essential in life

The hit girl of Bollywood and also of the South is averse to marriage. This is none other than Nagma who has had so many hits both in Hindi and in southern films. She considers marriage as an avoidable thing, as it deprives a person of achieving his goal of life.
