A poster of Karan Johar's new production 'Kurbaan' starring Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor startled everyone. Directed by debutant director Rensil D'Silva, the film is a romantic story against the backdrop of terrorism. Om Puri plays a terrorist and the flick also stars Vivek Oberoi. The movie has some steamy lovemaking scenes. And the poster looks very bold. 'Kurbaan' is releasing on November 27, 2009.
SRK, RITUPARNA TOGETHER
Shah Rukh Khan is starring in a new commercial for a chyawanprash brand with Bengali actress Rituparna Sengupta. It is shot at Film City. He plays a common man in the commercial while Rituparna plays his wife. The concept of the commercial is chyawanprash keeps them and their relationship strong. The ad film is directed by Ram Madhvani. Rituparna has done ad films before but this one is special for her. She is excited and looking forward to the shoot. Rituparna earlier interacted with SRK during the Indian Premier League 2008 matches. SRK had invited her for a match at Eden Gardens. The actress is shooting for her Bengali films in Kolkata and flying down especially for the shoot.
PRAKASHRAJ FLOODED WITH BOLLYWOOD OFFERS

After making high waves in the South Indian film circuit by winning the prestigious National Film Award (best actor) for his performance in Priyadarshan's offbeat Tamil film 'Kanchivaram', Prakashraj is getting great reviews on his spectacular performance as Ghani Bhai in Salman Khan's latest Bollywood flick 'Wanted'. Many Bollywood filmmakers are approaching Prakashraj to play a negative role in their flicks. Prakashraj is literally flooded with many Bollywood offers these days. Interestingly, he hasn't given any positive response to Bollywood filmmakers because he is already busy with dozens of South Indian projects.
CELINA JUDGING REALITY SHOW

Celina Jaitly is leaving for the Gold Coast, Australia in October 2009 to judge the finale of a beauty-based reality TV show. The show is produced on a lavish scale and will air towards the end of 2009. It is a mix of Project Runway which focuses on fashion and designing and America's Next Top Model who revolves around modelling and grooming. Candidates from all over the world are participating. Celina is set to appear on the show. This is the first time Celina is judging on a TV show. Celina loves to read about fashion and follows the latest trends. At the moment, Celina is working on the south remake of 'Aitraaz'.
SALMAN ADMIRED SHAH RUKH

Salman Khan publicly praised SRK on the set of his reality show Dus Ka Dum. Salman said nobody can do romantic scenes better than SRK and he is professionally great. The incident took place when Reitesh Deshmukh enacted a scene from SRK's romantic film 'Dil Toh Pagal Hai' on the show. Reitesh had come along with Govinda and David Dhawan to promote the film 'Do Knot Disturb' on Salman's show. Salman has been known to vent his anger against Shah Rukh ever since they fought at Katrina Kaif's birthday party in 2008. While Shah Rukh has always kept a dignified silence about the issue, Salman, on the other hand has openly said SRK is a selfish and mean person. Now after this turnaround, Salman is waiting for SRK's reaction.
